Putin orders ceasefire in Ukraine on Orthodox Christmas Eve

The Kremlin has announced in the last hour a ceasefire in Ukraine from Friday noon local time in observation of Orthodox Christmas. Ahmet Keser from Hasan Kalyoncu University weighs in on this ceasefire.
