I think the best thing about a pumpkin is the roasted seeds. The pumpkin itself doesn't have much flavor, ya know? lol. But I still eat pumpkin things and would for sure try this crisp! This collab has been so fun...thanks for sharing!

We eat pumpkin year-round so I could take it or leave it as well. We are in Alabama so soup and chili are year-round too. I know a lot of people feel it needs to be cooler weather to have those but if we waited for cooler weather we might only get them one or two days a year lol. Thank you so much for sharing.
