Freckle tattoos are something I've had negative feelings about, but seeing this video and specifically the quote about how it's an art to make good looking freckle tattoos is starting to change my mind a bit. Also the clients quote about how she naturally gets freckles but doesn't want skin cancer. I can relate to that. Before watching this, I guess I was defensive of freckles because getting them naturally makes me feel special so seeing others get them artificially makes me feel like I'm losing some of that "unique-ness", but the more I think about it the more that sounds weird. I used to do the same with blonde hair because I have that naturally too, but then it got darker as I got older and I started bleaching it blonde. I see hair coloring as more of an art form and a means of expression, as with tattoos.

Basically, I'm a huge hypocrite and I can see myself getting freckle tattoos in the future lol

I was born with freckles and i HATE THEM !!! I've spent so much money trying to get rid of them and then i see this... People are actually wanting them !?! It was horrible growing up with them always getting made fun of and get picked on. I just don't understand why anyone would "choose" to have them but whatever makes people feel better about themselves more power to you ✌

I have freckles naturally, but I always add a few more with self tanner over the summer. It’s a fun way of self expression. Not sure I’d ever wanna tattoo any though.
