Zoro speed blitzed a hybrid kaido, wich already speed blitzed a future sight using far stronger luffy on the roof: *Zoro is fast enough to hit katakuri*
Zoro covered luffys back several times, also easily closed the distance between him and big mom to cover luffy : *again, Zoro is fast enough to hit katakuri*
Zoro has attacks like tatsumaki wich does something luffy for example cant: *attack omni directional*
Luffy needed just a few hits back then to finish katakuri *one hit from a advanced conqueror coating zoro and he is done, LITERALLY*

At the rate one piece characters develope, it would only make sence for katakuri to have become much stronger when the strawhats face him again, maybe be even stronger then kaido. After all.. he will take the name of strongest man alive.

I think, to Katakuri be in yonkou level, is missing coatting attacks with conqueror's haki, he already have awaken his devil fruit, and advanced observation haki. I think Zoro could win after long time fighting, or would end in a draw

It's tough to decide Idk about Zoro vs katakuri but why katakuri isn't in wano is oda has planned different for katakuri

Zoro has no way of countering Katakuri.
On the other hand Katakuri is trained in countering normal style of fighting like Zoro even though Zoro has Conquerors coating. If he can't hit Katakuri, he can't beat Katakuri.
Surprisingly, Sanji is a better match up for Katakuri. Sanji may even be able to defeat him.
If, Zoro gets Sanji or Luffy level of Observation Haki then he can definitely deal with Katakuri.
We also have to keep in mind what Oda said about bounties and strength, I'm paraphrasing here, he said people get higher bounty just because they are in a crew or associated with a person who is a top teir, this is why I believe Marco definitely is and Katakuri maybe stronger than King in a 1v1.

zoro becomes like a wild beast during his fight so if he fight katakuri he will definitely use conqueror haki coating without mercy by seeing the situation of the battle.

Your break down is giving Katakuri far too much creadit.
Remember Katakur is A LOT less durable than Kaido and King, so much so that attacks that knocked Katakuri out won't even tickle Kaido like Gear 4th attacks.

So if Zoro in roof top were to fight Katakuri, massive Area of Effect of Tatsumaki that he used on Kaido would one shot Katakuri.

But if one Conqueror's Haki coated attack lands on Katakuri Katakuri dies.

The fight with Zoro and King left me wanting more from the 2nd commander of a yonko, especiallyafter seeing what Kat vs Luffy gave us. Kat is the perfect example of a number 2 who can be a captain, and can stand side by side with their captain, in terms of strength. Even so far, Big Mom has showed me more than Kaido as a Yonko, and this makes me believe Lin Lin crew is stringer than Kaidos crew

Katakuri wins. Yea zoro got an offensive buff with adv conc but that was pretty much it. He has no counter for future sight, he has to worry about katakuri attacks from all direction. Kat armament wasnt weak at all, and hes not slow. He fought luffy in g4 with s hole in his chest. Katakuri would kill zoro before zoro kills him. Zoro fighting style is too basic for future sight. He’ll spam it to victory. Even if zoro figures out he has future sight guess what? He still cant do shit about it but quickly exhaust his stamina to keep up.

I think katakuri is a little bit stronger than King because of his observation haki and devil fruit.. I am not totally satisfied what king showed off against zoro and later on lost the fight.. Its different if zoro fight katakuri, i think zoro will go all out..

I'd say it's just Garp vs Oden. Let's not forget that Katakuri's Haki is also strong. Luffy can't even compete to Katakuri's (before mastering advance observation). The advantage of Katakuri is his observation and Zoro's (might be) armament.

Edit: Luffy technically won that fight coz Katakuri let him. Obviously Katakuri was nerfed that time so yeah full power Katakuri would win
