1. Beef mince - 1/2 kg
2. Onion in rings - 1/2 kg

4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Whole dried spices - 3 tbsp
6. Tomatoes sliced - 3
7. Green chillies - 6
8. Yogurt - 1 cup
9. Crushed chilli - 1 tbsp
10. Coriander crushed - 2 tbsp
11. Turmeric - 1 tsp
12. Garlic - 1 tbsp
13. Ginger - 2 tbsp
14. All spices powder - 1 tbsp
15. Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
16. Coriander chopped - 4 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Daal Lauki

1. Daal chana - 1 cup
2. Lauki - 2
3. Oil - 1/2 cup
4. Garlic - 1 tbsp
5. Ginger - 1 tbsp
6. Coriander 1/2 bunch
7. Green chillies - 6 to 8
8. Mint - 1/3 bunch
9. Black pepper - 1 tbsp
10. Salt - 1 tsp
11. Turmeric - 1 tsp
12. For Tarka:
13. Desi ghee - 1/2 cup
14. Onion sliced - 1 large
15. Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
16. Cumin - 1 tbsp
