The Skylon is a British project for a hypersonic plane that aims to be a reusable spaceplane, capable of taking off and landing like a conventional aircraft, this innovative concept aims to transport cargo and passengers into Earth's orbit at a more affordable cost compared to existing space technologies.

Equipped with revolutionary engines that enable it to switch between atmospheric and rocket modes, Skylon aims to achieve incredible speeds of Mach 5.5 (about 6,700 km/h), allowing it to reach high altitudes and achieve hypersonic velocities.
