Physical Activity after work! Tony Robbins said this in his book, "humans need motion for energy, but yet people keep mistaking that the more you rest the more energy you get". So true! The workouts will actually energise you mentally because you did something hard and actually build muscles for a better tomorrow! Thanks Tika

I 200% agree with the "planning" part, whether it's having a set schedule, a good routine, knowing how you will use all those in-between to do paperwork or listen to something interesting - I am terrible at improvising so if I don't plan things I will likey either do nothing or do a net negative activity - which I usually regret (even watching a bad show, regretting it, because I didn't feel like watching a good show that I know I'll enjoy, because I thought I was too tired to enjoy it :D)

The only thing that doesn't quite work for me is thinking of fiction books & hobbies as net negative, I'm not an entrepreneur (no plans to be!) but I always have to balance between ... enjoying self-improvement content (which boosts my mood/motivation, it feels like I'm surrounded by people who really try, when in my life they don't) and thinking that somehow watching/reading/listening to self improvement stuff is progress in itself even when I don't put anything in practice !

I find it helpful since I am a corporate girlie in the Philippines and i worked 6x a week, 9am-6pm, when I'm home i tend to just scroll over my phone and it does not help me achieve the goals i want. I probably must try these tips ❤

I'm not a gym person yet but I really want to be, I'm going to challenge myself to get a membership soon!
