How to set the Eco or Comfort modes on a Vitodens 100-W, B1HA / B1KA

What exactly is changing this setting to the heating boiler ?

Just had a new Viessmann Vitodens combi installed.It's easy to set up and use however, I have found one issue that's bugging me.I have it set up using a Nest Thermostat wired for Opentherm, works fine but should I run the boiler Eco Mode or Comfort Mode, which is best? The only thing I can find out about the Comfort setting is that It gets the Hot water to the Tap quicker.
