Wow! I literally just tried this technique and it works! My cat eye is, for the most part, alright but this tutorial took my cat eyeliner to the next level! The drawing a line to your bottom waterline and then tracing it up really helps! I just added a layer of liquid eyeliner to really make it pop and make the wing sharper.
