In case you're wondering what Kasparovs suspicions were actually about:

IBM promised to reveal the code of Deep Blue in order to understand how the engine makes its decisions but never did so, so Kasparov thought that the engine might had been assisted by humans.

It has been suggested that IMB deep blue was assisted by GM who were making human moves at stages in the games which is hardly fair. IMB quickly dismantled deep blue after the match so the moves could not be checked later as being made by deep blue acting alone.

I can understand why Kasparov feels aggrieved.

But Ibm cheated. Its clear they had analysed all the moves and before the last game they spied on kasparovs preparation move and programmed deep blue accordingly. So hell yes, Kasparov is still the grand master.

Yeah, they were cheating, The machine couldnt know too far into the theory of the opening, so they used an opening book in DeepBlue, and that made Kasparov angry
