Can I wash, cut and style my hair after hair transplant?

Dr. Pradeep Sethi talks about the washing and cutting of hair after a hair transplant. It takes time of about 3-4 weeks for the hair and scalp to become normal. Once that phase is over, you can use hair products and do hair drying. After 5-6 weeks of hair transplant, your transplanted hairs will be as normal as other hairs.

I had my first head wash today, 6 days after my surgery.
The method that my clinic used included the use of a foreceps like manual device to scrub and pick out any superficial dead/dried skin.Though they were able to get rid of most of the scabs, I feel they were a bit too hard.
I am scared thinking they might have dislodged the placed grafts however there was no blood.
I have been reading and watching all these post operative videos focused on headwash and most of them advise to be as gentle and careful as possible in the first 10 days.
From your experience, could you share how to tell if there’s been any damage caused to the placed graft?Anything I should be worried about?
