I have a HUGE problem. I have a video that has been keyed and I wanted to put a simple background and move the foreground subject. Simple right? the issue is that my foreground crops my background whenever I move it anywhere using the inspector... HELP!

I use my IPhone often to film. I always film in landscape mode, but sometimes it is recorded in portrait mode. A simple rotate reduces the size.
How can I rotate the video while retaining the original resolution?

Casey - Thanks for all these. I will try a question here - I had an edit, where three video clips where running simultaneously (picture in picture), and I wanted them all to fade to black. I thought I could make a fusion comp with just a background node and animate the alpha channel. It looked OK, as I played it in the edit page, but it would not render. Any ideas for me to follow to get this working? (I ended up just manually fading all the clips, but then it was not simultaneous)

I'm gonna stick with using windows movie maker. They let me do cool swipe transitions in the shape of a triangle.

so why didnt you just show how to put things on top of the background...you said its a common thing and didnt show an example. that was a waste of my time!
