My favorite person in this whole story is Dr. Phyllis Gardner, the Stanford professor who NEVER believed this (Theranos) could be possible and thought Holmes was a megalomaniac from the very beginning.

This shows how gullible and careless our two former Secretaries of State were in becoming her "backers". Imagine the decisions they made on America's behalf.

She is such a textbook example of a sociopath. She became pregnant knowing that she will be facing criminal charges all in order to sway the jury members for the upcoming trial. She delivered the baby just a few months ago in July for the perfect timing.

Silicon Valley has a problem thinking the hard sciences are like a social networking app. People who get the Nobel prize in chemistry are all super old and have studied their whole life. The fact that these rich people got conned into thinking a 19 year old will change the game like she claimed is laughable.

The point that so many rich people trusted a stanford dropout with no medical training with something so sensitive to our health is saddening. So many trusted medical professionals tried to call this out but none of them listening. 🤦🏾‍♀️
