Every Tektronix 5 Series B MSO oscilloscope is able to perform spectrum analysis on any or all analog channels. This unique Spectrum View capability lets you adjust center frequency and resolution bandwidth, independent of time domain sample rate and record length. Spectrum analysis and time domain waveforms are synchronized, allowing you to look at signals in both domains.
