Paper Clay Recipe | How to make paper clay for modeling

From this short video you will learn one of the most popular paper clay recipes for sculpting.

The paper clay recipe includes the following ingredients:
- Toilet paper - 1 roll
- Water - 1.5l
- PVA glue - 200-250ml
- Sunflower oil - 50ml
- Potato starch - 200g
- Building finish plaster (Gypsum putty, Finish wall plaster) - 200-300g

I like this; nice and easy. I like the "without water recipe" best. I use a small coffee grinder to grind toilet tissue paper, approx. 4 to 5 sheets at a time. Works wonders. I saw this on another paper clay recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Question... is this clay water proof? I would like to use it on my fairy house like you have but it will go outdoors. I will paint with acrylic paint and will varnish after done. What’s your experience with outdoor exposure? Thank you for your videos they are lovely

Y a t il de la retractation au séchage de cette argile papier ?
Ou trouver du mastic de Gypse en poudre ? mes recherches aboutissent a du mastic de vitrier ou de l'enduit de bouchage.
