ino XP 8000 IND - Gantry 4 Axis CNC Profile Machining Center with 90 degrees Sawblade.

Our new XP 8000/IND has not only a 4 Axis 0-180 degrees independently interpolating spindle, but also has a 500 mm sawblade placed at the back of the bridge for 90 degree cuts and a 5th Axis angular head for processing from the ends of the profile. This machine is designed for the precise machining of industrial aluminium profiles that has a size up to 450 mm X 350 mm. Thanks to the industrial clamps, all kinds of fixtures can be mounted for the best clamping of the profile piece. Machine has a 10.0 kW electrospindle with 24.000 rpm and HSK-F63 tool holders, a magazine mounted on the bridge, 4 pneumatic referance points, an automatic dust extraction conveyor belt, laser light barriers and a big cover around the machine for safety. This machine has a net processing length of 7.300 mm which can be extended up to 11 meters in case of inquiries. The dedicated 3D CADCAM software that is completely designed by "INO machinery" that arrived its final version in 6 years of R&D is capable of mostly everything that is expected by the operator i.e. G code generation or manually or over .dxf files, 3D modeling over .stp files, parametric programming, creating macros, clamp management, and many more.
