Giant Profile Slicin Machine with 2 controlled axis. one on the feeding and the second on the sawblade feeding mechanism. the sawblade diameter is maximum 700 mm. thanks to the 11 kW motor and the servo frequency inverter, it is possible to adjust the speed of the sawblade from 0 to 4.000 rpm. In this regard, it is possible to connect sawblades from 300 mm to 700 mm and adjust the rotation speed accordingly. the table separation helps to get the best surface quality and the 10 Nm servo motor on the feeding mechanism gives the ability to load profiles up to 500 kgs on this machine. the billets up to 240 mm diameter are easily cut on this giant. depending on the size and walthickn ess and the thermal threatment made on the pfoiles, the operator can adjust the cutting parameters. thanks to the servo motor mounted on the sawblade feeding mechanism, the sawblade only moves untill the point that the piece is cut only. depending on the size of the profile and the size of the sawblade that is being used, the sawblade's position is continously changed and controlled.
