The topi was smart, had he run straight lion would have caught it, u-turn saved him, lion had difficulty turning 180 degree opposite.

Topi studied newton's second law. A body moving in one direction will continue until another force interrupt it.

Wow that really shows the perfection needed to hunt successfully, every rival has supreme abilities, in this case the Topis reflexes and speed which the lioness underestimated by chasing to soon.

Nature is fascinating.

lol I wasnt sure what a topi was. I was thinking it was the bird and I was like, "This is interesting🤨" as the bird just watched. Little did I know the bird was just as much a spectator as the rest of us 😅🤷🏽‍♂

I have no idea why the lion works so hard at getting a meal. There are a lot of defenseless, hairless and tasty morsels just yards away filming them.
