Our Voices, Our Future. FCPS Strategic Planning

Fairfax County Public Schools is developing our brand new Strategic Plan that will serve as our roadmap for 2023 - 2028.

The strategic planning process will be structured and facilitated by Mutiu O. Fagbayi of Performance Fact, Inc, whose primary goal will be to help with alignment of goals, processes, programs and people as we work through what our shared future may look like. The goal is to have the plan ready for June 1, 2023.

The success of our strategic planning depends on our whole community being engaged.

(NARRATING) FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT DR. Michelle REID has an update about having a strategic plan for students parents and community members. FOR THE Next SEVERAL years, THESE STUDENTS WILL HAVE The opportunity to have a strategic plan for the near future in 2023-2028. THE PURPOSE OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN will be structured and facilitated for our Students parents and community members whose primary goals will be able to help with the alignment of goals, processes, after school programs and people as we work together as a team what our shared future will look like as we head out into college and the career field. The Goal of the Fairfax county public school Strategic plan IS to have the plan ready for June 1st 2023. The Success of the Fairfax county Strategic plan depends on our whole community that being engaged of the future goal as these students are getting ready to go to college and get an internship.
