3.38 "a sign of how many of our basic needs have been satisfied"
30, 000+ die of illnesses related to cold every winter, homelessness, food banks, child poverty, housing shortage, hospitals in administration, crisis in care, street lights switched off, 20, 000 cut from forces personnel, police numbers reduced, the UN investigating the DWP for abuse of disabled rights, record numbers of young people unable to afford to buy a home, students with £50, 000 debt unable to get a job.
Yes these basic needs have been satisfied to the point of death

Janan and Lionel are seriously out of touch with what is really happening here. The only reason why Corbyn's Labour is not taking hold faster than it already impressively is; is due to overwhelmingly unbalanced reportage and just plain naked smearing. Instead of spinning, which in this context means, misinterpreting the key points made in Corbyn's speech, why not instead report on the most salient and pointed critiques he made of the current Tory government. I am observing what was once a fine newspaper, sully itself with blatant bias and sloppy journalism. How very sad that you are posing as reporters while transparently spouting propaganda.

To add to this fatuous festival of self-satisfied deluded smugness, the anagram of "Lionel Barber" is "Bra Rebellion", that's "Lionel Barber" with his anagram, "Bra Rebellion", ^oo^
