but... no ocean view... and I could not imagine having a condo on the beach but not see the ocean...

Take out wall between last 2 bedrooms, extend 2nd bath to L shape to place jacuzzi tub at balcony. 1st small bath as walk in closet. Build in dressing and makeup in suite, at new bathroom wall. Will most likely go to 10 to 10.5mil, just must have bigger room, and the better view!

Hey Jason. Look at that view. Nice open concept but don’t like the kitchen right there as you come in the front door. Storage looks tight. Can’t really have seats at the island. No overhang. This is very minimalistic staging. Either stage properly or leave empty. Nice balcony. Don’t like the main suite right off the living room. The en-suite is nice. 2 closets nice. Owners suite leads right to the balcony. Ok. That’s what it’s there and not on the other side where the guests rooms are. Now there is a balcony off 2 guests rooms. I too Jason would’ve preferred the owners suite on the guest side re: more privacy. This unit just shows unless someone really has vision, it really needed to be fully staged. Following you almost 3 years, this is the first home I don’t really care for. Thanks much and see you next video.
