Waterfront Property with a Boat Dock (our first one 😝🙈) & Hanover 377 Yacht Tour

It's finally happening, today we are launching a brand New Series on the channel called WATERFRONT PROPERTY with a DOCK!
Don't judge us too harshly as it's our very first one 😝🙈 We have been talking about starting this for quite a while, so when Chris, the owner of this stunning house and also a Sub of this channel, reached out I thought it's a sign to finally make this happen. But we didn't just stop there, we took this opportunity to introduce you to a smaller boat model (that normally would be too small for a whole boat tour on this channel). Thank you to @hanoveryachts for being such a great sport about participating. The owner is selling this House to purchase an Explorer Yacht and start Cruising - no better reason to leave such a beautiful property. Amazing dock, patio, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. You can have so many friends come in by boat for a pool party. Use nautical terms to describe the house as it makes it more fun and unique. Love the roof deck and the view from up there.

I love this new series. I have long thought I needed a waterfront property with a proper dock area to go with my imaginary Bering 145.

There are at least two moments in my life in which had the coin toss gone differently, my Bering would be real. So if my faith in physics proves correct, there are relatively nearby universes where this sort of video would be not just entertaining for me, but seriously useful.
