How to Recover MSI Laptop to Original Factory Settings Without Losing Data

Turn on or restart your laptop. Press "F3" repeatedly when the MSI logo appears on the screen during the boot process to be redirected to the "Windows Boot Manager."

Highlight "Windows Setup [EMS Enabled]" using the arrow keys on the keyboard. Press "Enter" to access the recovery partition on the hard drive of the MSI laptop. The "System Recovery Option" dialog box will appear on the screen. Click "MSI Recovery Manager." Click "OK" when a message appears on the screen notifying you that your computer will be restored to its original factory settings.

Heres what this does to your laptop. All the personal files will be deleted, and the customized settings will be restored back to factory defaults. Hope this information helps anyone before trying it.

When i press F3 i don't have the option (formated my drives yesterday not knowing off this option)

Mine throws an error that MSI didn't detect any recovery DVD. Did you attach any image DVD while performing this F3 function?
