Emily, what you and the band are doing is a gift. Not only are you all helping us heal the loss of Chester, but also you are resurrecting one of our favorite bands that we thought we’d lost. We didn’t just lose Chester that day, we lost LP, too. But now, LP is back, and you’re inspiring a whole new generation of fans. My two daughters (11 and 8) run around the house singing Emptiness Machine and Waiting for the End. What an incredible world this is. I seriously got emotional listening to this. Playing this song live so well feels like a big FU to all the haters saying Emily can't sing. I can totally see why Mike and the band added her to the band. She isn't Chester and nobody is hoping for her to replace him but you can see moments of Chester in her. The way she sings. Her ability to switch between cleans and screams. Her stage presence. The studio version of this song is going to go so hard.

Im so happy about witnessing this moment in rock history. Linkin Park rising like a phoenix. I was a the New York show and saw them perform Keys to the Kingdom instead of this song. It’s poetic that it would be replaced by a song called Heavy is the Crown.
