As an architectural technician I loved seeing your home conversion. Love modern interiors in old buildings. 🙂 What a party pad with a build in bar. Can't wait to see more.

The present wrapping had me screaming "way too much paper Dan". Could have wrapped 3 Kindles with all that paper LOL. Carol is a lucky lady getting 5 massages a week. Are you a trained masseuse amongst your other talents? Perhaps you can work part time in LaLandes Spa.

Happy Birthday Carol 🎁🎈You have a beautiful home and have worked hard to get it to the standard it's at.. well done... When wrapping a present, always put the 'front' of the box face downwards, so when it's opened it's more of a surprise as the recipient has to then turn it over to see the full image of present. Men think they are cutting wallpaper strips when cutting wrapping paper... you don't need that much, women would save the left overs for future gifts, even re use the original, don't think men have the same thoughts. She will love her Kindle, so much easier to use on holiday, not the same feel as a book but great for throwing in a beach bag/handbag and so light. Can't wait to see more of the house/grounds.. Ryan has a busy schedule as well nowadays.. good luck to everyone xx
