Looks yummy! But as a moroccan we add cumin right after putting the heat off and never while cooking (like in Indian cuisine).. trust me it takes the taste to another level!

I tried this recipe it was sinple🙏🏽 and tasted great...the only thing I didn't have was maple syrup and Sriracha sauce. So I substituted the water for chicken stock and added some corn starch to thicken it up and Voila!! 😋 😋

It’s good to try some different cuisine but Moroccans don’t add chickpeas to that recipes. And hint of cumin can be added at the end to avoid bitter or soar taste. Thanks anyway!
