3 cups tomatoes seeded and diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 medium eggplants
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
4 wedges lemon (optional)
