The 10,000 calorie food challenge done with a little bit of a twist! Instead of only consuming 10,000 calories, I also wanted to see how hard it was to expend 10,000 calories as well.

Starting my day at 4am, I vlog my day as I enjoy an epic cheat day of pizza, donuts, ice cream and much more while simultaneously putting myself through one of the most physically demanding days of my life.

lol 20% better then my ice-cream this is true. burning 10k calories in a day is for sure a lot harder then eating it. I probably would of just rode my bike the entire time to burn off the calories but thats a lot of riding in a day. Its the type of ride I used to do in my early 20's. I rode 265 km in a day that likely would of done it.

Fear of getting murdered is a GREAT motivator! I start my day with a light run at 4:30 am and it gets the workout done in less time definitely 😂😂

This reminds me of the time a young man came into the gym whilst eating a foot long subway sandwich. He sat on a bench and finished his sandwich, chips and soft drink. It felt like the whole gym stopped their workout to see what would happen next. This man proceeded to load the bar with 215 pounds of weight and started to bench press. He did 2 sets and that’s all his body could take. He threw up and shitted himself simultaneously. It was the epic fail of the century aside from being one of the most disgusting things I’d ever witnessed.
