Nikon Lens Repair: Micro-Nikkor 105 f/4 stiff focus ring

Hello everyone, I was lucky to find this fantastic Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/4 very cheap because the focusing ring was very stiff. In menu, we have disassembly, cleaning, re-grease and re-assembly.
Plus, some images after repair and a comparison with current Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G VR, honestly, I cannot tell the difference between, do you?

Hi again hope everything is good your videos are so helpful just want to pick your mind on a lens I am rebuilding it’s the G1 A011 which is the TAMRON 150mmx600mm zoom lens the problem I have is the very first Group of lenses at the front there is a slight mark between the two and i am sure that the lens come apart from each other to be able to be cleaned if you get a moment can you see if there is a way to part the two lens I think if I use a little nail varnish remover Very carefully Around the lenses to see if there’s any movement around the case I no the lens come apart because there are parts you can buy see want you think I will send photos of the second clean room I am making and thanks so much for all the time you put into your videos mark
