Old monochromatic dot matrix LCD brought me in to electronics and programming, I even programmed a library for an old LCD controller. Now, everything is conveniently reduced in size and complexity of programming. Soo cool

In arduino nano there are only one SDA and SCL but you can still use 2 modules at same time using wire library.EX:- Accelometer and Oled

Nextion is also a good solution for hmi. you can even use without libraries. just send daha over port. Touch sensitive, able to show images. you can generate graphs, switches, slide bars etc. lots of things over nextion ide. Colorful duh
