Truth be told, it's really really impressive they even got that far, making a modern GPU is not easy and there is a reason only AMD, Nvidia and now intel are the only options you've got

Honestly, it's impressive to produce a GPU even as fast as a 1030, give it a few years. It's built from scratch.

it's a good start at least. it's hard to break into a market thats monopolised by two companies and expect to make something big. youve gotta start somewhere

if you look at the graph, it actually performed above the gtx 1030 in some games, so im willing to bet its driver issues and not the actual raw performance of the card.

yes they start from scratch. this is the first gpu. they already have thing to copy so they just need to keep testing. its like coding when you start its hard until you realize google you can search for codes and use it as reference
