BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife comes out of the center clean.
▪️ Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

INGREDIENTS:

▪️ 12 large eggs
▪️ olive oil for pan
▪️ 1 white or yellow onion, diced
▪️ 1 green bell pepper, diced
▪️ 1 red bell pepper, diced
▪️ 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
▪️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
▪️ salt and pepper, to taste
▪️ 2-4 drops of hot sauce (optional, if desired)
