In this video you say that zero is not an imaginary number. Maybe your course has a definition of imaginary number that excludes zero, but this is by no means universal. Many people define imaginary numbers such that zero is included. Common definitions include x+iy, where x=0, or √(-a), where a≥0.

Very nice question, using De Moivre's theorem can be simpler and cooler to solve the problem

I didnt know the equation of a circle, just searched it up online rn and it seems easy to remember and apply.
I dont really know why tbh, I guess it is/was just not thought here
