Something to keep in mind with the hotel rental program is that during Covid the hotel did a deal with Delta Airlines to house their cabin crew for I believe it was a ridiculously low $90 per night. They cannot get out of this arrangement and this drags down the room revenue. I was told that the hotel tries to even it out so that all owners have to share the "pain" but something to think about when trying to decide whether to use Air BB or hotel rental program.

Great video as always! Do you have a video on how it works if an owner occupant wants to reserve their unit if in rental pool? How much notice is required? Any fees/costs? Limit of nights per year? Can I store my items in owner's closet?
