Failed city. Needs manufacturing and supply chain setup. Setting up mere Trade centre won't work for a city. Industries won't come bcoz fast trading & txns can happen...when they can't produce, what will they trade & do trnx about?
- Skilling of workforce comes first, which can be deployed in such cities. That's what China does. It can setup a supply chain factory anywhere bcoz, skilled manlower is always in waiting list to get good jobs.
