Create a 3D hologram effect in After Effects

In this tutorial we will be tracking, creating and compositing a 3d hologram without using any plugins in after effects.

I wanted to make this stand out by having the hologram as a curved screen so i figured out an easy way to do so, Hope you enjoyed this tutorial!

very cool. the only thing tho, is that to me at least, her eyes are looking to a higher point than where the holographic screen is (but of course that is irrelevant for the techniques and effect that you showed). Super useful and slick. thanks!

You're hitting a button to make that effects menu pop up with the spyglass/magnifying glass. What button is that?
Ty for the tutorial but without knowing what that pop up even is, its useless.

Not working for me... "create track data" I get no Popup, and when I continue, the Null-Object is just out of my window somewhere after "apply export".
