Properly made, they should be perfectly safe, so long as safety protocols are strictly enforced. Such as, no one standing to the sides in the off-chance the blades shatter.

A good solution for a DWDM optical router. The fiber goes through a splitter, to each port, then to the holographic fan - monitor, without any binary traffic. Add the quantum computers, and that's a fast computer.
