The screen on the right looks like it just has the contrast or brightness up higher to make it look worse.

No, thank you dude. Not many 1080p vs 4k cable tv videos. I appreciate the info and time.

Very good point, today you are getting more for your money with smart TVs’. Yesterday’s 1080p TV era just came with better picture but don’t forget, a lighter and easier to carry package. Today, smart TVs give you all that plus much more digital features, letting you cast your smart phone, tablet and desktop computer on the television, along with video gaming built in, movies, music, pictures and internet.

Very helpful, finally a comparison vid that shows football. One on the right looks washed out, left one def noticeably better color and sharpness.

The bigger the screen the lesser the pixels for 1080p, pixels are scattered but the far you are from the screen the better the image quality but so far, for me, i prefer 1080p, Most 4k Tv buyers don't even use the 2160p to its max but benefit to other technology that comes with the Tv.

This means nothing considering NFL games aren’t filmed in 4K

I have two TVs:

SAMSUNG UNES650049 60Hz 49 inch Full HD

SAMSUNG RU7450 120hz 50 inches 4K

In games on my computer using an AMD RX Vega 56 + i7 4790 GPU, I didn't feel much of a difference between 4K and 1080P.

At 1080p it also looks great.

At 4K I noticed extremely high hardware consumption and temperatures, and didn't feel much of a difference in quality.

My 4K TV doesn't make Upscaling nice for 1080p, only at 1440p.

I prefer to stay at 1080p.

4:02 the Mu6290 is not 120hz, it's only native 60hz with motion rate 120..which gives the picture a "120ish" soap opera look

I feel like he has purposely increased the brightness in FHD TV

2 things.
1) the pixel difference is X4 (not X2)
2) for SD content there is no force that will convince me that the 4K is better - usually the same at best...

If you dont have much money. Today is the time to pick up these 1080p tvs and Hometheater recievers for next to nothing and have a home theater on the cheap.

I honestly don't see the difference. I have both TV's, 4K and 1080p. The only time you would see the difference would be if you play 4K content.

No I don't need 4K TV I'm staying with full HDTV and I'm staying with my regular Blu-ray discs with the PS4

Dude pixels and resolution means NOTHING if the content DOESN'T support it.

i think to buy 50" tv with max price 450euro, and think is worth to buy 4k ? and smart tv? because i read some time can be freeze on 4k or maybe to buy 4k without smart and just put fire stick or other tv box ?

So whats the diff if we have 40. Inch 1080 vs 40 inch 4k

mikan

The hustle for 4K tv is that you MUST buy a bigger screen size tv to see the differences he complains about. Just get you a 32 inch to 49/50 inch 1080p TV, Do a little fiddling by adjusting the color and contrast settings on the 1080p tv and you can't tell the difference from viewing distance. Save your money and get the 1080 HD and just watch your favorite program. Case closed !!
