You’ve heard of fusion cuisine. But have you heard of fusion-as-cuisine? Because as it turns out, nuclear fusion and mayonnaise happen to have a lot in common. Lehigh University researchers are using mayo as a tasty analogue for the plasma that’s generated during the fusion process.
