Do you apply this after your skin care routine ?? Example, toner, serum, cream then the product?

So…..why not just pour off the alcohol that sits at the top? What is the purpose of the alcohol? When you dip the cotton swab in, the first thing being absorbed is the alcohol so isn’t it getting diluted anyway?? I really wish you had spoken to the purpose of leaving the alcohol sitting at the top…..I am very tempted to just dump that top alcohol layer out of the bottle completely.

hydrocolloid patch or calamine lotion to calm it down … or I just use less of everything else
