Born in Florence, Italy, she married Henry II of France and became a powerful queen-mother during the reigns of her three sons—Francis II, Charles IX, and Henry III. I'm currently obsessed with Catherine de Medici. She was a complex but powerful woman, whom I think I'd have personally liked for her eccentricities and for her cunning, too. She perplexes me.

Can you do Elizabeth Woodville (“The White Queen”), please? She’s an interesting historical figure, and my 16th great-grandmother. Thank you in advance. I ❤ your channel!

You think you might have mentioned her killing all those Protestants. Also didn't she straight up try stealing "The Throne" from one of her sons??? Take care and have fun!!! 😎😁😎

Interesting no mention or expression of regret for the Bartholomew's Day
Massacre...just a passing comment "French wars of religion..."

It is like Ghandi. You can't win against religious extremists.
