"Act as if" except in your imagination because that's the true reality. I love visualizing clips of myself doing and having the things I've wanted before I fall asleep or just when resting. I've noticed that I no longer react to bad things and negative people in the simulation because I know that I already have everything and they're not even part of my life anymore. It's kinda weird though sitting there while they're talking to you and pretending you care especially if it's them complaining or saying something stupid.
