Pomona couple attacked by pit bull

A Pomona neighborhood is on edge after a resident’s pit bull, which has reportedly caused troubles before, bit a man out for a walk with his wife and their three dogs Saturday morning.

I don't get it. They see the video. The dog was off leash and attacked them, why isn't the dog being put down and the owner fined at the minimum? Are they waiting until it finally kills someone?

In San Antonio, a couple got 18 years for their pitbull killing someone. These pitbull owners need to go to jail for their dogs.

The owner is a "son" not allowed to live inside the house, but instead lives in a tent on the driveway? Sounds like a real stand-up guy.

Alll of you in the neighborhood need to make calls to the police and animal control and KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET A RESOLUTION. It's just a matter of time before somebody is grieving a pet or a family member.

Just recently a man and his wife got sentenced to 20 yrs. In prison for their dog killing a neighbor.

I saw a security video where a dog attacked a guy walking on the other side of the street. The guy sprayed the dog with pepper spray, then the dog owner runs out and attacks the guy. The guy sprays the owner with pepper spray also. That stopped him. I think the dog owner never expected that to happen. He seemed to enjoy watching his dog bite people.

I live next city over to Pomona. This actually happened to me when I was outside walking my Frenchie. A big dog ran up full speed behind us and I turned around picked up my dog with 1 hand and when the dog jumped up trying to grab my dog I grabbed the dog by the neck and slammed it and held it to the ground until the owner came and I gave him a ear full too. I don’t understand how people let there dogs roam around with no leash on or at least have a shock collar on them to break the bad habits.
