One of my best journeys with a WDG4, this one had some amazing traction motor and horn sounds, both of which are abundantly audible in this footage. Enjoy the relaxing ride through the thick greenery :) This is from November 2021, most of this scenery and none of the trees at Kulem exist anymore. This train is also running as a DEMU.

This route extended upto castle rock when it was meter guage. I have had many happy memories of going to dudhsagar waterfalls by train from margao. When track was converted to broad guage they started going only till kulem.
Nobody knows why.
Today they are doing track doubling for transportation of coal which adani and jsw import. The coal pieces can been seen all along the tracks starting from vasco .Once natural beauty of this place is trampled upon in the name of development
