I had one back when they came out in 2004. It was a 5.6l with the 5 speed automatic transmission. The power from it never disappointed and the sound from the engine was like music to my ears 😁

My 05 Titan got 300k, original engine, and trans. Bought it in 2012 with 210k for $4500. All I've done is regular change oil and tires. Best truck hands down!

I have 2004 with 285k and I’ve had a few issues nothing major other than a transmission line that busted lower coolant hose and a shift cable. Other than that still running strong with dual magna, flow exhaust and cold air intake sounds wonderful.

Just got one a couple months ago 2010 with 275k but the engine sounds like new. transmission shifts great. Problem with the breaks so put a whole new system on it and whole new exhaust manifolds cats etc.. live in NY this thing has no rust just seems like a good truck.
Not on the road yet just installed full front end rebuild kit and new suspension. About to install helper springs. Might do a wide body kit not sure yet.

I have a 07 with 305, 000 miles on it. I personally put 150, 000 . Best work truck I've owned for sure.

My titan i paid 2500 for 4 years ago finally died at 387k miles. Went and bought a crate motor and trans cheers to another 387k 😂 best truck ive ever owned.

Ive rode in one for landscaping that had 420k before its death. She had lots of rear axle issues but she was a reliable pig. Drinks gas like a drunk though😅
