Logitech's NEW Lift Mouse Review!

The Logitech Lift is a vertical mouse designed for those with smaller hands looking to improve the ergonomics of their workspace. The shape puts the hand in a position that minimizes pressure on the underside of the wrist helping with common repetitive strain injuries like carpal tunnel. Priced at $69.99, is it worth the investment? This is my review of the Logitech Lift Vertical Mouse!

Not sure why Logitech won't just make an Ergo Master with all of the Master 3's features in a vertical form factor. I'd buy it in a heartbeat to replace my Master 3.

I've found that inside the Logi Options you can set up any button in a way that when you press it and move your mouse, it performs scroll in the move direction. This way I've been able to substitute the horizontal scroll wheel of my MX 3 and move to MX Vertical without loosing any functionality.

The lack of a horizontal wheel is a deal breaker for me. I do have a vertical mouse, but never use it because that wheel on the MX 3 is essential for my workflow, especially for video editing.

I get that people want USB C charging out of convenience, but if your gonna keep your mouse for more than two years, the internal rechargeable battery especially one small enough to fit in a mouse would seriously degrade over time as you use. This is also applies to AA batteries but the benefit is that AA are much easier to replace for the user you can find them everywhere, rather than opening a mouse to replace a sealed in battery. Great review though, keep up the good work

I'm loving mine, tried a few mice (Rapoo MV20 and Cherry MW4500, both too large for me and Rapoo did not work on Mac; Dareu LM158G good size for me but found it slippery) but always went back to my traditional one, Lift was the first I managed to daily drive. I've got the pink one and have been using it since late January, just looked at it and indeed the rubberized part gets a dark tint after prolonged use but managed to wipe it clean with some hand sanitizer and it looks as new. For side scrolling I just use the scroll wheel while keeping shift pressed, found this trick last year.

Thanks for the review. My work involves a constant shift between mouse and keyboard throughout the day and my experience with this mouse wasn't really good and would like to know if anyone here had the same experience. The problems faced: 1) every time I do the switch from mouse to keyboard and vice versa (and what is said at 1:35 in this video) actually happens constantly i.e. the wrist needs to turn at each switch. 2) When chasing work deadline the switching speed becomes a lot faster and my palm bumps and topples the mouse over (especially from mouse to keyboard) since the mouse is taller than the keyboard. 3) Both the left and right click buttons are super silent but then quite sensitive too, at least the one I got has the right click super sensitive and therefore during scrolling the right click the middle finger unintentionally gets pressed (may be it has got something to do with the learning curve from traditional to vertical mouse or muscle memory). Would love to hear the feedback. Thanks

You can scroll horizontally with the Lift as easy as with the MX Master. Just hold the back or forward button before scrolling and there ypu go. You can horizontally scroll.

I personally love this design. I been using a similar design with my cheap Ergonomic vertical anker mouse ($15).

I was just looking for some ergonomic keyboards and mice for my home setup. I recently bought a wrist brace for my right hand as well, and this mouse looks like something I'd enjoy using. Perfect timing for me 😄

Picking between the Lift and 3S has not been easy for me lol. Lift is quieter clicks, but noisier back/forward, scroll is not as refined or quiet, no side scroll, but more comfortable.

Also wish they gave their ergo keyboard some love with backlighting and more modern productivity touches. Their new mechanical one is really loud and would be great if they all had the Craft's productivity wheel.

The Lift is a good vertical mouse. But after working two months with it I noticed a strain in my shoulder and trapezius. I try unwittingly to lift my shoulder constantly when I move the mouse. It sure helps to rest your hand on the mouse when not moving instead of holding it up.

Great review! In the software, you can customize the interior button that when pressed, it makes the scroll wheel do horizontal scrolling!

I love my MX Vertical! I don't even use standard mice anymore.

You can use the horizontal scrolling holding the side tumb's buttons + scrolling wheel 🥰

Some apps allow you to scroll horizontally by holding down a key such a shift, dunno if this is applicable to you but you should give it a shot or find out!

my m720 AA batteries lasted for almost 3 years and my usage varies from 10 to 14 hours a day at least 5 days a week… logitech is a monster with batteries I totally believe that these batteries can last 2 years
