Which Wireless Thermometers Should I Test?

I’m searching for the best wireless thermometer to use while smoking a brisket. Today I’m testing thermometers from Chef iQ, Typhur, Thermopro, and Combustion Inc. And comparing them to my normal ThermoWorks Signals wired thermometer. I’ll test the Meater 2 Plus and the ThermoWorks RFX thermometers next. It would be ideal to check the accuracy of the measurement. I checked when boiling water and none of the thermometers showed 212 degrees. Some thermometers stayed at 203 degrees, some at 208-209.
