this is a great technique. I did this but used a lid half over the pan to let moisture out while preventing oil blasts. I found if you try to boil ALL the water out you will get msm crystals precipitating back into the oil (and oil blasts that could hurt people close by). If you pour off some of the msm oil into a clean jar a couple times while cooking the water out it will make grit free man oil. Leave a bit of the msm water in the pan at the end to prevent the crystals from forming. I let it cool and used a spatula to clean off the lid and the sides and the msm goo and water and oil and use it straight on my skin (nothing wasted). This is way better than using a mortar and pestle! THANK YOU FOR POSTING!
