Thank you, Ricardo. I've had this problem with my iPhoneSE for the past few months. Because I record a lot of hour long videos, this solution was a life-saver for me. I'm not using cloud storage, so I wasn't able to make those changes. But it looks like the option to keep originals saved my butt. This works, but i can't seem to open any of the images or play any of the videos copied onto my PC when the 'Keep Originals' option is ticked. Do you have to install extra codecs/add ons?

The key is to restart your iPhone afterwards. It didn’t work for me at first, but once I restarted the iPhone the error message disappeared. Thanks for the tip!
