Montagne will no longer be able to use his sidearm while wielding the shield. His primary gun is now the 417 DMR with which he can establish attacker strongholds by placing down his tower shield 'Bastion' similar to the defenders deployable shields.
Explosives and melee would knock over the deployed 'Bastion'.

Here me out with this IQ buff:
For bulletproof defender gadgets, IQ can “inspect” the gadgets for weak spots. After a specific amount of time, all attackers are able to see those weak spots and shoot them, destroying those gadgets.

Ops: Maestro evil eye, Melusi banshee, Aruni gates
MAYBE MIRA: shoot the corners of the mira window or something like that

This will cause some other operators to be buffed and nerfed. More defenders could get bulletproof gadgets. Lesion mines could become undetectable with the scanner. I think this buff could change the game.
